We do not provide a pre-paid label for order. A shipping address will be provided after checking out, you may use any courier of your choice when shipping samples. If you would like your sample to be seen immediately we recommend you ship the package by first class mail. Typical postage costs are $0.49 - $2.00. Any other concerns or question on shipping can be answered by contacting us. On the final page after placing an order, you will also be asked some basic information about your pet along with your contact information.

Our goal at EarAnalysis is to keep you and your pet satisfied, we can answer any questions you have within 24 hours. We would be more than happy to answer your questions about your pet's ears or any other questions you have about your pet. We offer a free follow-up service if you are unhappy and your pet's ears aren't improving. We strive to ensure the utmost quality by using the most advanced analysis methods. All samples are kept for 30 days after analysis to ensure satisfaction.
